CHOOSE LOVE

Love is the most power energy in the universe. Love makes us free... But I am not speaking about the love the world has taught us: the love full of conditions, expectations and attachments.

So... where can we find that powerful energy that could move mountains? That energy is inside of you and me, that energy is inside of every living thing, we just need to remember how to let it flow, we do no have to create it because is always there, we just have to allow the flow inside of us rise into our lives.

How to do it? Start easy, first discover what makes you happy by yourself, for me there are multiple things:

-Close my eyes and listen the sound of silence

-Walk on grass or sand

-Read poetry

-Painting or colouring

-Seat down in front of a fire

-Look the clouds and discover hiding messages

-Straight my body

-Drink hot water with lemon

-Feel appreciative about my body, my so rounded, my world

Each of us are different... start to explore what is offering you peace and joy, from inside of you... get in touch with nature, listen to your inner voice, disconnect for a while from phones,television, radio, family, friends, external things... Explore yourself, enjoy the process and them come back to the world ready to give and receive love, the real one.

Enjoy the ride, you are never alone, you have yourself and we are all interconnected, never look for love in other people, find it inside of you ... Remember is not rush, eternity is the limit, just allow, allow, because you are a precious child of God, you are part of the energy which create worlds, you are perfect as you are, you and me are love. Make miracles, just choose love at every moment, in every situation and remember: be gentle with yourself, life is beautiful, life is fun, we just have to choose love and allow.
