HAPPY NEW YEAR

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Christmas just passed and all of us are full of a multitude of good intentions for the New Year. What did you promise to yourself on the 31st of December? Lose weight? Give up smoking? Be more organized? Enjoy life more? Let go of resentments? Work harder? Study more?

Most people at the end of the year tend to examine the events and experiences of the year just finished and make commitments for the New Year, with the hope that the changes will bring more happiness into their lives

All of these traditions are good and constructive as long we do it with love. I invite you to look into the the experiences you lived in the year just finished and ask yourself what did you learn from each one of them, knowing that every one was a lesson, and from that knowledge, be grateful for everything you lived in the last year and for the one that just started.

Be gentle with yourself when you start to work on your new targets and if in the middle of the way you stop, be lovely to yourself , knowing that a pause is only another experience from which you can learn .

Remember, when a child is learning to walk, it fell down many times before to learn to walk and even as an adult sometimes it fell down again. So... look yourself with the love and understanding you would do with a little child who is learning to walk. Pride yourself for every little achievement, persevere after every fall and be patient: happiness and success are already here, you just have to open your heart to recognise and live them.

With all my love I wish you a New Year full of prosperity and where you can make true all your dreams.
