WE ARE LOVE
When I started to study “A course of Miracles” I found it was a great challenge for me. Sometimes I could reflect on a paragraph for hours and come to the conclusion I understood nothing!!! But even with the frustration, some power inside of me kept telling me it is the right book for you at this moment of your life. So I kept reading, enjoying the poetry it involves and learning with my heart as much I could and at the speed I could.
I am not an expert on this book, but at this time I would like to share with you some of the points from the book which have touched me deeply:
“Only love Exists”. Any feeling, any emotion different than love does not exist. This knowledge has allowed me to bring peace to my inner child: every time I feel anger, sadness, fear, disappointment or hopeless, I quietly repeat to myself: It is not real, it is only my perception... only love is real.... and slowly the peace comes back to me.
“A miracle is just the act to put love into the situation”. Every time a conflict arrives, I remind myself that if I remember that every act of violence, aggression, sarcasm or apathy is just because someone forgot that we are just pure love, then I can bring love into the situation, so my perception changes and I will be a witness to a miracle .
“The root of every illness is the not forgiving someone or something.” Our body speaks to us constantly, we just have to practice to be quiet and then listen... it is always something to forgive and let go... And... surprisingly most of the time it is ourselves that we have to embrace with love.
Today I am inviting you to remember who you really are and you will start to see miracles in everywhere.
